In his current role as an Area General Manager IHG South West Asia, Nalin Mandiratta will also be responsible for the operations of fourteen IHG properties in the region.

Crowne Plaza Jaipur Tonk Road appoints Nalin Mandiratta as the new General Manager, effective July 2020. In his current role as an Area General Manager IHG South West Asia, he will also be responsible for the operations of fourteen IHG properties in the region. 

Earlier Mandiratta was responsible for eight South Region Hotels of IHG South West Asia as Area General Manager South and was based at Crowne Plaza Chennai since February 2018. He was awarded IMEA Crowne Plaza General Manager of the Year 2018 among many IHG and industry awards & recognitions. He has over 28 years of experience in the hospitality industry with significant expertise in hotel operations, strategy development & marketing, across hotel brands like Hilton, Marriott and Radisson Hotels Group. Mandiratta joined IHG in Year 2010 and has worked at Crowne Plaza New Delhi Rohini, Soaltee Crowne Plaza Kathmandu, Crowne Plaza Gurgaon and Crowne Plaza Chennai. He has led many projects towards improvements in customer experience, employee engagement, revenue maximization & cost management.
