Ministry of Tourism dedicates three virtual pavilions in Bharat Parv 2021

The ministry reserves three virtual pavilions, Dekho Apna Desh, Statue of Unity, and Incredible India.

In Bharat Parv 2021, Ministry of Tourism has reserved three virtual pavilions, Dekho Apna Desh, Statue of Unity, and Incredible India. Due to the ongoing circumstances created by the COVID-19 pandemic, this year, the Bharat Parv is being held on a Virtual platform, i.e., 'www.bharatparv2021.com' from January 26 to January 31, 2021.

The Statue of Unity pavilion in virtual Bharat Parv -2021 offers information about the place. Apart from that, high-resolution videos, images & e- Brochures etc., are also available. The 'Statue of Unity' Pavilion upholds the motto of 'Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat (EBSB)' to increase connectivity between people of different States/UTs using the State/UT pairing concept. This also intends to promote a cultural connect in the domains of language learning, culture, traditions, music, tourism, cuisine, sports and sharing of best practices, etc.

The second pavilion showcases 'Dekho Apna Desh' campaign to promote domestic tourism. The pavilion provides information related to several tourist destinations. The pavillion primarily showcases the 'lesser known destinations' and excursions. The pavillion provides information on tourist destinations using videos, images, e-brochures, etc. Moreover, the pavilion displays the series of webinars held by Ministry of Tourism under 'Dekho Apna Desh' campaign. 

Furthermore, 'Dekho Apna Desh' pavillion is the key channel for the Ministry's marketing communications about Domestic Tourism. In the pavillion, the safety measures to be followed while travelling in India as directed by the Government are announced periodically.

'Incredible India Pavilion' displays information related to UNESCO World Heritage Sites with links to the Ministry of Tourism's official website. The website provides more textual and audio-visual information on tourist destinations in India.

In addition to that, the Bharat Parv 2021 showcases other pavilions, including Central Ministries. State themed pavillions, food festival/studio kitchen from various states and UTs, handicrafts, handlooms, folk performances, performances by cultural troupes from different states and Union Territories, etc., will be available there.
