Sahaj Chopra (Parineeti Chopra's Brother), Area Developer (North & West) and Investor said, “I am happy to be a part of this project with WIB and Franchise India. The concept of the brand “chewy, soft in the middle, crunchy on the outside” has always appealed our taste buds. Indian food industry is poised for colossal brand growth and swelling its contribution to world food trade each year. The food segment in India has appeared as profitable and growth sector due to its considerable potential for value addition. The cookies stores in the Indian market are expected to witness incredible growth in the coming five years. Cookies market seems to be dominating the food industry due to its innovative packaging, new flavours, tastes, and shapes among consumers.”

Chef Kenworthy, whose first encounter with the cookie brand happened at the age of 17, shares his excitement with the association, “I think the idea of biscuit and chai or coffee in India is a great marriage. We have great USP which is freshly baked in store. The project was under development over the last three years in India and from flour to chocolate, pretty much everything is imported. The brand has raving fans worldwide including self-confessed cookie lovers, carefree teenagers & adults. The growing economy with increasing middle-class disposable income, India, is at present the sturdiest market in terms of brand expansion perspective in retail.”

As a Culinary Director of the brand, Chef Kenworthy adds his next step may be of adding sugar-free cookies in the portfolio. Millies Cookies specializes in gourmet cookies, muffins, milkshakes and hot drinks.
