Mercure Hyderabad KCP brings Kashmir to Kanyakumari on one platter

Offering an array of dishes from across the nation right from Kashmir to Kanyakumari at the Mercure Hyderabad KCP.

Celebrating the spirit of 72nd Republic Day, Mercure Hyderabad KCP will host a buffet called “Kashmir to Kanyakumari “at Cayenne outlet on 26th January 2021. The buffet will incorporate delectable from all Indian states.

Commenting on the concept, Soumitra Pahari, General Manager, Mercure Hyderabad KCP said, "We at Mercure Hyderabad KCP, celebrate the local culture and heritage at the hotel. This year, we are glad to showcase the rich culinary heritage and diversity of our nation at our Republic Day lunch!”

The Cayenne restaurant will don the tri-coloured decorations on Republic Day. Chef Suman Kirthi Raj has curated the buffet having a plethora of cuisines incorporating vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. The menu has starters, main course and desserts for guests to relish. Live counters will also be available.
