Marriott brings JW Marriott Phuket and JW Marriott Hotel Nara to Mumbai and Delhi

This pilot campaign will feature 13 hotels across the Marriott International portfolio in Asia Pacific, recreating more than 10 of our guests’ favourite destinations at home from Bali, Bangkok, Seoul, Paris to New York.

JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu & JW Marriott New Delhi to bring experiences of international sister properties of JW Marriott Phuket Resort & Spa and JW Marriott Nara, Japan respectively starting 1st November, 2020.

With Indians comprising as one of the top outbound travelers to both the cities, JW Marriott Mumbai and JW Marriott New Delhi will recreate signature iconic elements of Phuket & JW Marriott Phuket and Japan & JW Marriott Nara for the domestic travelers. 

From the moment a guest books a stay, to their check-in and check-out experience, both hotels will recreate signature experiences and moments reminiscent of that individual city. 

Offerings at JW Marriott Mumbai 

Upon arrival, guests will notice that the associates will have donned uniforms inspired by JW Marriott Phuket. Guests will also discover signature welcome amenities surrounding turtles and elephants in the room, synonymous to JW Marriott Phuket. At sunset, guests can have the option to unwind at the hotel’s Monsoon Deck with a chef’s special menu inspired by Phuket. Guests can also participate in the evening ritual of lighting traditional floating lamps in the lotus pond. On weekends, guests can savor authentic Thai cuisine at Dashanzi, the progressive modern Asian cuisine restaurant. At the all-day dining restaurant – Lotus Cafe, guests will have the option to taste  dishes from the JW Marriott Phuket Resort & Spa and a Thai-themed Sunday Brunch on 8th November. 

For an added layer of fun, Marriott will also be recreating the famed GINJA cooking school experience for guests of all age. 

 JW Marriott Juhu will also host an outdoor flea market where guests can indulge in an immersive Thai experience, filled with street food and shopping

Offerings at JW Marriott Aerocity New Delhi 

Right from the arrival experience with mindful check-ins to stay and food & beverage, JW Marriott New Delhi will offer in-room amenities such as the deer mascot, origami classes, signature tea experiences and Japanese menus. Bringing the world cuisine using local and international techniques, JW Cabanas will operate as Silk Road in JW Marriott Nara. Serving Kaiseki style of cuisine, styled on small plates, K3 – New Delhi’s Food Theatre will offer a special menu bringing ‘Azekura’ to Delhi. Signature tea and sake experiences will be hosted at JW Lounge and Timothy Oulton lounge.
