Marriott India Ranks Fifth in Asia's Best Workplaces List 2016

This is the second consecutive year which sees Marriott India in the top five of the list put together as part of Best Multinational Workplaces by Great Place to Work, the world's largest annual study of workplace excellence.

For the second consecutive year, Marriott India, the Indian division of the Marriott International, has been ranked fifth as one of Asia's Best Workplaces in 2016 under the category of the Best Multinational Workplaces by Great Place to Work, the world's largest annual study of workplace excellence.

The award salutes Marriott India's contribution to India's dynamic hospitality industry. As the most reputed name in global hospitality sector, Marriott India's core value of putting people first, pursuing excellence, embracing change and acting with integrity has enhanced the professional growth of its employees by setting innovative new standards in the group's workplace culture.

With uncompromising ethical and legal standards extending to hotel's day-to-day business conduct, employee policies, supply chain policies, environmental programs and practices, and commitment to human rights and social responsibility has aided their employee create lasting interpersonal relationships with guests.

Marriott Hotels India Pvt. Ltd. won the best multinational work place title based on parameters such as levels of trust and transparency, pride and camaraderie, HR practices and policies within the workplace.
