Akash Jadhav was appointed as Operations Manager at Lords Eco Inn, Panchagani, and Lords Inn Hotels and Developers Pvt Ltd hired Sandeep Malusare as Business Development Manager and Rahul Kharat as Manager - HR

Akash Jadhav has been appointed as Operations Manager at Lords Eco Inn, Panchagani. He is an accomplished hospitality professional having over 10 years of experience.  

Prior to this, Jadhav has worked at Azzure by Spree Hotels, Goa as Front Office Executive, Kenilworth Resort & Spa, Goa as Duty Manager, Mercure Lavasa as Assistant Front Office Manager and then at Accor Hotels as Front Office Manager. 

His last assignment was with The Fern Residency, Satara as Front Office Manager and acting Unit Head. 

Meanwhile, Lords Inn Hotels and Developers Pvt Ltd has hired Sandeep Malusare as Business Development Manager. Having an experience of more than 21 years, Malusare as previously worked at Hotel Millennium Park as Assistant Manager FO and then at Kokanratna Holidays Resort Ltd & Blue Country as Operations Manager. 

He had then moved to Mahindra Holidays & Resort India Ltd as Senior Manager Operations and Administration and was involved in the Pre-Opening of Club Mahindra Saj and Club Mahindra, Hatgad (Sapurata). He has also worked with The Machan, Lonavala as Senior Manager Operations & Administration. Before joining Lords, he was associated with M/s Eease Hospitality Services LLP, Pune as Business Development Manager.  

Lords Inn Hotels & Developers Pvt Ltd has also appointed Rahul Kharat as Manager - Human Resource. He has more than 27 years of experience in hospitality industry and over 18 years’ experience in Human Resource Operations. 

Prior to Lords Hotels and Resorts, he was a part of Suman Motels Limited as Mumbai Zonal Manager, and Indian Adventures, Mumbai – Wildlife Chain of Resorts (Pan India) as Senior Manager, HR - Admin & Operations, among others.
