LITE BITE Foods (LBF) recently announced the acquisition of six leading and running restaurants from Bellona Hospitality, the Food & Beverage arm of Phoenix Mills Group. The acquisition includes four known brands and six outlets that span across Mumbai, Pune and Bangalore. The restaurants are, Shizusan Mumbai, Shizusan Pune, Shizusan Bangalore, 212 All Day Mumbai (Phoenix Marketcity Mumbai), 212 All Good (High Street Phoenix Mumbai) and Bar Bar Bangalore. 

The new additions place LBF on an accelerated growth path and aim to further diversify its portfolio that boasts some of the most successful F&B brands such as Punjab Grill, Street Foods by Punjab Grill, Tres, Zambar, YouMee etc. The acquired brands will be instrumental in further elevating the brand’s positioning as one of the leading players in the F&B fraternity and further deepen its footprint across the country.
