La Marinate brings fine dining experience to your doorsteps

An exclusive gourmet catering service La Marinate, New Delhi, is set to launch very soon to bring food connoisseurs joy by offering fine dining experiences in the comfort of your home.
Conceptualised and co-founded in August 2021, by two restaurateurs Jasjit Singh and Sharmistha Cheema, the brand's primary goal was to provide food connoisseurs in the national capital region with a one-of-a-kind dining experience that could be enjoyed at home without missing the feeling of eating outside.
“The idea behind starting La Marinate was to create a personalized experience- to handcraft the menu to each diner's taste. The idea is to unabashedly promote tailor-made meals and distinct flavours within a comfortable environment that happens to be the diner’s abode. Emphasis is laid on preserving the intrinsic taste, which is done by using the freshest of ingredients in all meal courses - a signature trait of the brand to give out an experience like no other,” said Jasjit Singh, Co-owner, La Marinate, New Delhi.

The dishes on the food menus have been sourced from all over Europe, with strong influences from the French and English cuisines. Chef Aman Jaiswal has created a variety of classic and innovative dishes while keeping each guest's needs in mind, as required by the brand concept.
Despite its European focus, La Marinate is open to preparing Indian, Pan-Asian, and fusion cuisines on guest request. The co-founders, who own the restaurants Tenali – The Andra Kitchen and Shibuya – Food and Bar, are already experts in this field. With the ongoing pandemic, La Marinate's entire team has been fully vaccinated and adheres to all Covid-19 protocols to ensure the safety of both guests and team members.
