LA CONCHA, a Fusion Restaurant opens at Azaya Beach Resort, Goa. The all-day-dining restaurant features live kitchens that embrace the idea of eating out of the pan, off the grill and out of the wok. The menu is curated by chef Swatantra who brings to the table over 16 years of experience. 

There are several interesting dishes on the menu and salads are clearly winsome. A must-try is the Nonya Seafood Salad – a Malaysian dish with Crabs, Prawns, Calamari, SeaBass in a yin-yang sour plum dressing. Other non-vegetarian attractions include Tawa Fish Cafreal, Thai chilli chicken Kathi, Gosht Nalli Boti Khorma, Chicken Chestnut dimsums, Tandoori Murgh Burra and many others.

The drinks menu, crafted by Azaya’s passionate sommeliers, complements and elevates the dining experience. The whole dining experience at La Concha is enhanced with Azaya’s signature services and a contemporary ambience. It is open 24 hours and offers a breakfast buffet and specialized ala-carte cuisines for lunch and dinner.
