Gujadhur started her career as a Management Trainee with the The Palm Hotel in Dubai, she also holds a CHRP Certification from the American Certification Institute (ACI)

KHUSHBU GUJADHUR has been appointed as the Learning Manager at Andaz Delhi – a luxury lifestyle hotel by Hyatt in Aerocity, New Delhi.

Gujadhur holds a degree in commerce from Sydney Institute of Business and Technology and Macquarie University. She also holds a CHRP Certification from the American Certification Institute (ACI), Gujadhur started her career as a Management Trainee with the The Palm Hotel in Dubai. In 2014, she moved to the Royal Mirage Hotel, Dubai, as Human Resources Manager then she moved to India with Hyatt Regency Delhi as Learning Manager before joining Andaz Delhi.

Gujadhur brings along invaluable insights and a diverse experiences across the Human Resources function with a specialisation towards Learning and Development. In her new role, she will be overseeing the training function to ensure the Andaz experience is meticulously delivered each time.
