The Minister ended his speech at 5th HAI Hoteliers Conclave with 'Jai Hind, Jai Bharat, Jai Tourism'

The Union Minister of Tourism G Kishan Reddy ended his address at the 5th HAI Hoteliers’ Conclave 2022 being held at The Lalit in New Delhi by saying “Jai Hind, Jai Bharat, Jai Tourism”. Speaking on the issues faced by the industry and the way forward, Reddy talked about the need for public-private partnership in furthering the cause of tourism in India. He said that the Government alone cannot grow tourism.

Asking the industry to help him come up with ways to improve the tourism and hospitality sector, he said that the government is ready to support the industry in any possible way. He also briefly touched upon the upcoming National Tourism Policy, lamenting the absence of any Act related to tourism in the past 75 years, asserting that he is looking to fix this issue. Concluding with his assertion that India’s tourism industry will improve with the support of all, he ended his address by saying “Jai Tourism”.
