JW MARRIOTT Mumbai Sahar has appointed Nikita Gonsalves as the Director of Sales. Prior to joining the JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar, she was the Director of Sales at the Hilton Shillim Estate Retreat & Spa. Gonsalves holds an MBA in Marketing and has worked with brands like Marriott, Taj Hotels and Hilton before she made her way into JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar.

Gonsalves has in-depth knowledge of hospitality sales and is adept at planning and identifying new business avenues, industries and segments. With nine years of experience in the hospitality industry, she brings on board notable expertise in developing strategies for pricing, weddings, catering, MICE, business transient as well as overall revenue management including handling online travel agencies. Developing talent is also one of her key focus areas in all the assignments she has handled.

Gonsalves has great customer relations within the travel trade, EMC and corporate fraternity. She has proved herself as a dynamic leader having lead many successful teams in all her past roles. Her hobbies include playing the keyboard, watching movies and travelling to new destinations.
