JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu has appointed Rohit Tiwari as the new Director of Operations, effective as of January, 2022. He will play a key role in overlooking the operations of the iconic hotel across all functions and ensuring the highest levels of guest satisfaction.

Tiwari comes with a rich experience of over 17 years in the hospitality industry, having previously worked as the Director of Rooms at JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu and other prestigious brands such as The Oberoi Group. With exceptional attention to detail and intuitive leadership, he delivers results that exceed the expectations of all stakeholders involved.

At JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu, he will be responsible for leading the team to further enhance and support business growth, revenue generation and ensuring strict compliance with quality, safety, environment and health standards. Tiwari will focus on conceptualising  processes and setting strategic goals to promote profitability across departments.
