Lemon Tree recruits for attitude and trains for skills.

HERE IS an inspirational story that comes from the hospitality industry. 

Lemon Tree Hotels has hired and trained over 3,000 people from the most marginalized sections of Indian society including disability i.e. Speech and Hearing Impaired, Physical Disability, Down Syndrome, Slow Learner, Intellectual and Developmental Disability, Autism, Acid Survivor as well as orphans/abandoned girls, school dropouts and transgender. Also, they help preserve traditional art and indigenous cultures by supporting Bastar art.

In an effort to reduce their carbon footprint, they use renewable energy, recycle and reuse water in many different ways and run their hotels by adopting the principles of reduce, recycle and reuse.
