IHG Hotel & Resorts and Ascott Residence Trust have announced the opening of voco Times Square South. Designed by Blackney Hayes Architects, the property’s expressive interiors incorporate natural finishes, bold accents and warm colours create an elegant and comfortable space. The hotel offers 224 modern guest rooms featuring plush duvets and luxurious linens, blackout curtains, Apotheke plant-based bath amenities and complimentary wi-fi.

Providing easy access to main attractions in Manhattan, voco Times Square South is nestled between the vibrant Hell’s Kitchen and historic Garment District neighbourhoods. The property is designed to significantly reduce plastic use by providing filtered water in glass bottles, large-size bath products, and biodegradable drinkware. The duvet filling is made from 100 per cent recycled materials, and aerated showerheads in every guest bathroom reduce water consumption.

voco Times Square South is the third location under the brand to open in the Americas and the second in New York City, joining voco the Franklin New York. Other voco properties now open or coming soon are located in St Augustine, Chicago, New Orleans and Olympia, WA.
