IGH Commenced the Construction of Ibis Vikhroli, Mumbai

Ibis Vikhroli estimated to be built at an approximate project cost of INR 200 cr

INTERGLOBE HOTELS(IGH) announced the commencement of construction of its hotel – Ibis Vikhroli located along Lal Bahadur Shastri Marg in northern Mumbai. This will be the company’s eighth hotel in Maharashtra, while it currently has 16 operational hotels spread pan-India comprising approximately 2,900 rooms.

Commenting on the project, J.B. Singh, President & CEO, InterGlobe Hotels, said, “We are very excited about the launch of Ibis Vikhroli which will feature our new generation rooms, chic and trendy public areas, intimate community spaces and state-of-the-art fitness facilities. The hotel will be high on modern & urban design, and will conform to the highest standards of environmental ratings. Ibis Vikhroli estimated to be built at an approximate project cost of  INR 200 cr, will be spread across 114,000 sq. ft. of built-up-area comprising 249 Guestrooms, and include meetings and events facilities of 2,700 sq. ft. that will be favourable for business events, team building activities and social gatherings. The hotel’s F&B offerings will include the signature Ibis restaurant and bar - Spice It and The Hub. 

The Hotel will majorly eye to attract business guests from the office complexes located along the LBS Marg.
