Hyatt Regency Pune Launches its New Event Space, EQ:IQ

​EQ:IQ short for Emotional Quotient: Intelligence Quotient, ​is​ the latest addition to ​Hyatt Regency's ​ portfolio that claims to change the way meetings and social events are organised.

HYATT REGENCY, PUNE has recently announced the contemporary event space named 'EQ:IQ'. According to the release it is the largest events space in the city (19,000Sq.ft) with meeting rooms named Newton, Einstein, Galileo etc and each room equipped with cutting edge technology.

Vishal Singh, General Manager, Hyatt Regency, Pune said “At Hyatt Regency Pune we are extremely delighted to announce the opening of our ‘one of its kind’ events space that will redefine how meetings, conferences and social events are organized. Dynamic, flexible and with a unique personality, this space has been conceptualized based on Hyatt’s new events space design concept. Multiple event spaces, playzones, bar, social spaces, open interactive kitchens all blessed with a lot of natural light are some of the salient features of EQ:IQ. The idea is to have events in a setting which is not just all work but play as well."

The interiors of EQ:IQare modern and chic whilst not taking away from the stellar offerings. The design is created allowing natural light to flow enhancing the experience of the guests. Comprising of three distinctive zones – Event, Dining and Social spaces EQ:IQ is a combination of public and private zones that will ensure meetings and events are more productive.The three small and one large meeting rooms can be combined with free movement of walls to create a larger space making it perfect for gatherings of all sized groups. The dynamic seating created outside the meeting spaces is a perfect way to break the monotony of the traditionally styled meetings. One can unwind while sipping on tea or cocktails at Escoffier located in the pre-function area or enjoy a quick read at the sports inspired library.
