Gaurav Tokas joins as Front Office Manager, while Pavan Krishna Pusuluri becomes Executive Housekeeper. Elumalai B has been appointed as the Security Manager

Gaurav Tokas has joined Hyatt Regency Pune Hotel and Residences as the Front Office Manager. Tokas began his career 13 years ago as a management trainee with Taj Hotels. Throughout his career, he worked in different capacities in the hospitality sector, with employers such as Radisson Hotels, the InterContinental Group and the Marriott Group. His last stint was as Front Office Manager at the DoubleTree by Hilton Panaji, Goa. 

On the matter of his appointment, Tokas said, “Hyatt is a great place to work. I am excited and looking forward to a great and fruitful career with the organisation.”

Hyatt Regency Pune also appointed Pavan Krishna Pusuluri as Executive Housekeeper. Pusuluri has more than 18 years of experience in the field of housekeeping and has previously worked with JW Marriott, Juhu, The Hilton in Gatwick, London, InterContinental, New Delhi and Taj Palace, New Delhi, among others. His last stint was with JLL wherein he took up the role of Facility Manager at Amazon.

Pusuluri has won multiple accolades such as ‘The Brand Ambassador award’ while working with The Westin Hyderabad, Mindspace, and 'The Best Employee award' and 'The Performance award' whilst with Hilton Gatwick Hotel, London. 

The hotel also appointed Elumalai B as the Security Manager. He has an experience of 25 years in the field of security, during which time has has served the Indian Defence Forces for 20 years. He then shifted to the security detailing in the hospitality sector, with his previous stint being the Security Manager at Hyatt Regency Chennai.
