Hyatt Regency Chennai has recently appointed P Herald Robins as the Human Resource Manager. He brings with himself 16 years of experience in human resource and hygiene management. He will spearhead the strategic planning, recruitment policy design and implementation, talent management and associate engagement.

Having a strong background in Microbiology and completing his MBA with specialization in Human Resources Management, Robins gained immense knowledge working with eminent brands such as, Intercontinental Doha, Holiday Inn Cochin, Park Hyatt and Hyatt Place Hyderabad. In his tenure, he coordinated with senior managers to ensure the smooth completion of activities. He also addressed issues to reinforce assertive outlook of the organization, championed communication with necessary use of compensation systems, tools, programs and policies, facilitated learning and development sessions along with other key strategies.
