Hotelogix Cloud PMS Helps India’s Stately Suites Increase its Revenue by 20%

HOTELOGIX ANNOUNCES its successful partnership with India’s Stately Suites which has helped the hospitality group increase its revenue by 20 percent. Hotelogix cloud-based hotel management software has also helped the group to generate 10 percent more bookings through OTAs.

Stately Suites is a group of three properties, located across the Delhi-NCR region. Going by its tagline “We Pamper”, the India-based chain hospitality entity has created a niche for itself, by providing top-notch services to its guests, mainly business travellers.

Prior to adopting Hotelogix cloud PMS, the group was running its operations using an on-premise PMS. However, they realized that it was not capable enough to connect them to the online world and couldn’t provide them the centralized and real-time access to their multiple properties. They couldn’t access the PMS remotely, and most importantly, they had to update OTAs manually, as the PMS was not connected to a channel manager. They were also facing overbooking issues. Additionally, they had to manually manage guest reviews.

Stately Suites has been able to see many benefits in the last 2 years since they implemented Hotelogix. “We have seen a 20% increase in our revenue and a 10 percent rise in our OTA booking. Overbooking has become zero now and we have also been able to save man-hours,” Meher added. He also stated that Hotelogix cloud PMS has helped them to efficiently manage corporate bookings along with drastically improving their online reputation.
