Before joining Courtyard and Fairfield by Marriott Bengaluru Outer Ring Road, Harshad was working as the Director of Food & Beverage at JW Marriott Hotel Pune.

A SEASONED professional, Harshad has over 17 years of experience in spearheading Restaurants, Lounges, Catering, Events, Administration, Training and Guest Relations. Harshad Nalawade joins Courtyard and Fairfield by Marriott Bengaluru Outer Ring Road as the Director of Operations.

Starting his career in 2001 at the Taj Mahal Hotel Mumbai, Harshad went on to join Marriott in 2003. His first assignment was with the JW Marriott in Mumbai and his illustrious stint saw him grow as an Assistant Restaurant Manager before moving to the JW Marriott Pune as Restaurant Manager in 2011.

In 2014, Harshad won the esteemed Continent Award for ‘SABRE Restaurateur for Marriott Asia Pacific’ followed by the ‘SABRE Award for Global Restaurateur for JW Marriott Worldwide’ in the same year, the highest accolade reserved for an individual performer in Marriott International.

Before joining Courtyard and Fairfield by Marriott Bengaluru Outer Ring Road, Harshad was working as the Director of Food & Beverage at JW Marriott Hotel Pune.

He groomed and nurtured the passion of several working in his team and enabled them to achieve prestigious accolades.
