Haier Extends Warranty on its Products Amid Lockdown

The warranty extension on products across all categories will provide customers with peace of mind during these tough times. Apart from this, Haier’s service team will be available to remotely to help the customers with their service queries through multiple channels including WhatsApp, Live chat support and Haier Careline on toll-free numbers

Haier, the global leader in Home Appliances & Consumer Electronics and World’s Number 1 brand in Major Appliances for 11 Consecutive Years*, announced a range of consumer-centric service initiatives to provide extended support to Haier customers amidst the ongoing nation-wide lockdown. The company has stated that the warranty on all its products expiring in March and April 2020, will be further extended to two months after the lockdown is lifted.

From operating our call centres with the active support of our service engineers to extending the warranty on Haier products across all categories, we want to ensure that our customers are provided with the best service experience at all times. We are taking all necessary measures to combat the influence of the present situation on the ground and want to ensure relentless support to our customers,” said Eric Braganza, President, Haier Appliances India.
