Ganeshan Maniyan Appointed as Director Food & Beverage at Courtyard by Marriott Bengaluru Hebbal

He started his career at Renaissance Mumbai Convention Centre Hotel in Mumbai and spent nine years with the hotel working in different capacities from Guest Service Associate to Director of Events.

GANESHAN MANIYAN has been appointed as the Director of Food & Beverage at Courtyard by Marriott Bengaluru Hebbal.  As the Director of Food & Beverage at the hotel, he is responsible for managing all F&B venues as he leads the culinary team to introduce new menus, uphold menu standards, ensure high-quality service and manage labour and food costs.  

Maniyan has been associated with Marriott International for over twelve years. He started his career at Renaissance Mumbai Convention Centre Hotel in Mumbai and spent nine years with the hotel working in different capacities from Guest Service Associate to Director of Events. It was here that he learnt the ropes of the hospitality business and perfected his skills to take on additional responsibilities. In 2013, he moved to Bengaluru, where he worked with at JW Marriott Bengaluru and later moved to Courtyard by Marriott and Fairfield by Marriott Bengaluru as the Food and Beverage Manager.

Hailing from Coimbatore, Ganeshan graduated from Bharathiar University with a Bachelor of Catering Science and Hotel Management.
