NOSTALGIA AT 1911 Brasserie, celebrates the fourth annual edition of the great global event, “Goût de France / Good France” On Wednesday, 21st March 2018 and is chosen for the largest dinner in the world featuring 3000 restaurants across 5 continents.

Nostalgia known for its old-world dining experience is all set to bring in a superlative French menu featuring authentic recipes across aperitif and canapés, entrée, main course & dessert with French wines and champagnes on offer, making it an affair to remember. This extraordinary evening at The Imperial on 21st March 2018 will have delectable and signature French dishes, in the backdrop of a venue that takes you back in time and helps you romance your food like no other. The menu includes Bar du Chili, crabe au babeurre, calmar inka pâtes à l'échalote et au gingembre Beurre blanc- Chilean sea bass, buttermilk crab, squid inka pasta with shallot and ginger Beurre blanc; Côtelettes d'agneau braisées, céleri-rave et purée de pois verts et croustillant au parmesan- braised lamb chops ,celeriac and green pea puree and parmesan crisp and more to devour.

Chef Prem K Pogakula- Executive Chef, The Imperial said “French food is based on local sourcing of very simple ingredients paired with good-old wine and hand-picked variety  of cheese. The cuisine has already been influenced in terms of  standardizing menus and presentation so the day is not far when Indians will be more familiar with French specialties and classic ingredients.
