This extraordinary evening at The Imperial on 21st March 2018 will have delectable and signature French dishes, in the backdrop of a venue that takes you back in time and helps you romance your food like no other. The menu includes Bar du Chili, crabe au babeurre, calmar inka pâtes à l'échalote et au gingembre Beurre blanc- Chilean sea bass, buttermilk crab, squid inka pasta with shallot and ginger Beurre blanc; Côtelettes d'agneau braisées, céleri-rave et purée de pois verts et croustillant au parmesan- braised lamb chops ,celeriac and green pea puree and parmesan crisp and more to devour.
