FondArt Bakehouse (FAB) opens in Lucknow

Started by food enthusiasts, Nidhi Verma and Raag Verma, FondArt Bakehouse (FAB) specialises in custom artistic cakes for all occasions and also has an array of freshly made varieties of breads, pastries, cupcakes, truffles, croissants, macaroons and eclairs and donuts. Fab’s Signature includes Fondant Cakes which is also the inspiration behind its name and inception.

Every item is prepared from scratch and handcrafted by their executive pastry chef Raj Kumar Das and his team with fresh, high quality ingredients. The chefs are led by India’s leading Celebrity Pastry Chef Avijit Ghosh who has a legacy of launching many patisseries in five-star hotel brand including The Oberoi and for The Leela as well. 

FondArt Bakehouse will be positioned as Lucknow’s first luxury and premium Patisserie and Boulangerie catering to the up-market and mid-segment clientele of Lucknow.  The new bakery will also accommodate private parties, offer cake and cupcake decorating classes and more. 

The bakery’s flagship outlet is opening at Lucknow’s Jopling road. Its proximity to city’s Heart Hazratganj is an added advantage. FAB’s centralised Kitchen is being setup in Gomti Nagar. It also plans to setup a Kiosk inside the Lucknow Golf Club.
