THE PANEL discussion at BW F&B Conclave & Expo 2015 on ’Not good enough! Success strategies for F&B Managers weighed under rising expectations’ was moderated by Gautam Anand, Vice President, Operations Planning & Pre-Opening Services, ITC Hotels and Editorial Director, WelcomZest. Among the panelist were Ankur Bhatia, Executive Dic, Bird Group; Vilas Pawar, CEO, Choice Hotels India and Zia Shiekh, CEO, Svenska Hotels.

The panelist discussed on how F&B is an important part of business. The F&B adds to the room value. F&B services are important and have a great scope. However the brand ethos and brand standards needs to be maintained while the F&B is given its due importance.
