With this CESP initiative, we have joined forces to provide new experiences to culinary professionals and increase their employability at the same time."

"At CAAS, it has been our continuous endeavour to inspire students to become culinary experts by broadening their horizons knowledge and practical experience. CESP is an extension and an integral part of CAAS's commitment to encouraging deserving students who wish to build a successful culinary arts career. This collaboration with Yummy JobsTM will provide an exclusive opportunity to students to build a career in America." added Tanja Florenthal, Dean of Culinary Arts Academy Switzerland.

The CESP scholarship allows students the chance to embark on a 12-month sponsored paid internship in the USA with one of Yummy JobTM's valued partners, gaining valuable work experience within the industry. As part of the initiative, students will gain experience in different kitchen department areas, including rotations in fine dining restaurants, pastry kitchens, resort dining, and banquet & event operations.
