Courtyard by Marriott Gurugram Downtown has appointed Amit Sachdeva as the General Manager. He will be responsible for overseeing and implementing high operational standards and driving performance across verticals at the hotel.

Amit has an experience spanning over 2 decades in Luxury, Upper-upscale, Convention, Business and Economy hotel operations and brings with him great experience in handling operations, strategic planning and fiscal leadership. His entrepreneurial approach and excellent people management abilities make him adept in heading multicultural team across brands.

In his previous assignment, Amit was serving as the General Manager for JW Marriott Jaipur Resort and Spa. Prior to this he has worked with prestigious brands such as Oberoi Hotels & Resorts, The Imperial and Accor Hotels. He is known to be a result-driven professional who is passionate about all aspects of hotel functions right from operations, recruitment, training, sales and marketing, revenue generation to CSR activities.

 Amit Sachdeva graduated from the Institute of Hotel Management Chandigarh, and in order to stay abreast of the market scenarios in the world of Hospitality, he has periodically completed various leadership development programs and certificate courses.
