Clint Rodrigues joins The Resort Hotel Mumbai as F&B Manager

Proficient in handling restaurants' day-to-day operations while meeting the quality standards, Clint Rodrigues will ensure guest service satisfaction and revenue goals

The Resort Hotel Mumbai has recently appointed Clint Rodrigues as the new F&B Manager. Having over 18 years of rich and diverse experience in Bar and Restaurant Management, Rodrigues is proficient in handling restaurants' day-to-day operations while meeting the quality standards, ensuring guest service satisfaction and revenue goals.

Rodrigues started his journey in the hospitality industry with JW Marriot Mumbai. Over his three years-plus association with JW Marriot, he worked as an F&B Supervisor, Lead F&B Associate, F&B Associate and an Apprentice. At Lotus Café, he was responsible for managing its finances including revenue, profit, budget and accounting. He gained experience while working with superior restaurant managers and executive chefs. Among all other responsibilities, he worked with chefs to create delicious and intriguing menus while ensuring the maintenance of quality standards and sanitation guidelines.

Rodrigues’ experience also includes working at the Holiday Inn Mumbai International Airport. His work was primarily focussed on the F&B section. At the Holiday Inn, he managed Saptami, a multicuisine all-day dining restaurant with over 110 covers, a Saptami shop, a gourmet shop, in-room dining and banquets. In his 10 years of journey at the Holiday Inn, he held positions of Assistant F&B manager, Future Leader of IHG Accelerate programme, Outlet Operations Manager, Restaurant Manager and F&B Supervisor. Being part of the restaurant management team, he played a key role in developing the hotel's revenue plan, marketing strategy and finances. He was assigned to train, coach and manage other associates to run the restaurant efficiently and ensure guest satisfaction.
