MAHESH PADALA, Executive Chef at The Westin Hyderabad Mindspace has been granted with the ‘Award of Culinary Excellence’ (ACE) by Marriott International for his distinguished excellence, relentless dedication and a never-ending passion for the culinary arts. Marriott International initiated the ‘Award of Culinary Excellence’ in order to felicitate the company’s finest associates and honour its chefs for their extraordinary work and on-going contribution to the culinary world.

Chef Mahesh has a diverse exposure in the culinary world owing to his career as a continental chef. His expertise lies in cooking European, Thai, South Indian and North Indian cuisines. Chef Mahesh possesses a simplistic and authentic cooking style that he derived from none other than his grandmother. Over the years, he has mastered the art of blending traditional herbs and spices to breed bold and distinct flavours into his food preparations and is well recognized in Hyderabad for his conviction to maintain simplicity in creating his culinary masterpieces even today. He recently turned over the tables as he helmed the success of the newly launched ‘Super Saturday Brunch’.
