Guests can enjoy a selection of fine wines paired with lunch and dinner buffet selection at Frangipani that highlights traditional Argentine cooking techniques with a contemporary flair, created by our Chef Patricia Suarez.

At La Vid restaurant at Bodega Norton and in her own life, this multifaceted and creative woman approaches her work with an eye for detail. Patricia finds an enthusiasm and the zest for what she does. The acclaimed chef reaches out to people from all sections of society through her unique initiate of a non- profit association of non-profit cooks to help rural agro-ecological School of the Department of Lavalle, Mendoza Argentina.

The exclusive Culinary Showcase at Frangipani, the award winning Mediterranean restaurant at Trident, Nariman Point, Mumbai will have Executive Saurav Banerjee and Chef Patricia “Celebrate Argentine Cuisine” showcase the best of Argentina with dishes such as Stew lamb chop – potatoes, sweet potatoes, apples – Argentine Chimichurri, Chicken tortellini with carrot cream and mushrooms, Roasted vegetables empanada, Humita – peanut meringue and lots more. What’s more guests can enjoy a complimentary glass of a handpicked Bodega Norton wine grape varietal either Bodega Norton Sauvignon Blanc or Bodega Norton Merlot to pair with their dinner buffet menu and popular argentine tea Mate served at the end of the meal.
