The exclusive Culinary Showcase at Frangipani, the award winning Mediterranean restaurant at Trident, Nariman Point, Mumbai will have Executive Saurav Banerjee and Chef Patricia “Celebrate Argentine Cuisine” showcase the best of Argentina with dishes such as Stew lamb chop – potatoes, sweet potatoes, apples – Argentine Chimichurri, Chicken tortellini with carrot cream and mushrooms, Roasted vegetables empanada, Humita – peanut meringue and lots more. What’s more guests can enjoy a complimentary glass of a handpicked Bodega Norton wine grape varietal either Bodega Norton Sauvignon Blanc or Bodega Norton Merlot to pair with their dinner buffet menu and popular argentine tea Mate served at the end of the meal.
The special lunch and dinner buffet selection at Frangipani will feature Argentine delights in a special menu priced at Rs. 2200 plus taxes per guest available between 24th January and 3rd February, 2019 at Frangipani.
