Her last assignment was at JW Marriott Hotel Bengaluru where she worked in the capacity of Associate Director of Sales.

BHAVANA MENON has been appointed as the Director of Sales at Courtyard by Marriott Bengaluru Hebbal. In her role at the hotel, she will lead the management staff in planning sales objectives and directing sales force activities to maximize profit and achieve targets.

Through her career, Bhavana has observed the hospitality market, identified trends and monitored competitors which have helped her hone her sales strategizing skills and climb the corporate ladder at a young age. Bhavana has worked with various Marriott International brands in executive positions like Sales Manager, Senior Sales Manager and Associate Director of Sales. Her last assignment was at JW Marriott Hotel Bengaluru where she worked in the capacity of Associate Director of Sales.

Bhavana completed her Bachelor of Business Administration from Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University in Aurangabad and then pursued a B.A (Hons) in Hotel Management from Institute of Hotel Management in Aurangabad. She has completed a dissertation on "‘Should I Share My Knowledge?' A Case Study in the Indian Hotels Company Limited" which was approved by University of Huddersfield, U.K.
