Kashmiri Wazwan is a traditional banquet feast of Kashmiri cuisine, with an array of rich and flavourful dishes created with the finest spices and ingredients. The festival will feature a special multi-course meal with vibrant color décor showcasing Kashmiri culture.

Guests can enjoy a unique dining experience with a variety of dishes specially curated by MasterChef Reyaz including Rogan Josh, Aab Gosht, Tabakh Maaz, Goshtaba, and many more. Almost all the dishes are meat-based, such as lamb or chicken, with a few vegetarian choices. “Kashmiri Wazwan is a festival of extraordinary flavors and spices, a celebration of the culinary art that has been passed down through generations.
