Averest Hotels & Resorts Group formally launches in India
The first property from the group will come up in Hyderabad by January 2021. Averest Hotels also plan to open three additional destinations in India in Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka and Uttarakhand in next six months.

Averest Hotels and Resorts India Pvt. Ltd. formally launches in the Indian market and unveiles its brand recently. The group has its corporate headquarters in Hyderabad and is headed by veteran industrialist N Rajendra Prasad and a seasoned hospitality professional P.K. Anantha Sharma and will be expanding its presence nationally and internationally over the next three to five years.
Averest Hotels and Resorts’ brand was launched at an event in Hyderabad with C Bhaskar Reddy, President Association of Private Security Agencies (APSA), Pradeep Dutta, Hospitality Consultant and an industry veteran gracing the occasion.
N Rajendra Prasad – Founder and Managing Director, Averest Hotels and Resorts India Pvt. Ltd. said, “Averest group aims to deliver an all-round enriching guest experience with its holistic approach towards hotel management. We are delighted to launch our brand into the market and hope to become the preferred choice for all travellers with our varied offerings. With an able team of experts from the hospitality industry, the group will soon have its footprint in multiple states in India and will also make an international debut with one property in Gulf or European region.”
The first property from the Averest group is coming up in Hyderabad and is slated to open its doors to guests in January 2021. This will be a mid-segment hotel located strategically at Gachibowli to target both corporate and leisure travellers with its pocket-friendly luxury offerings. The group has strategic expansion plans with phased roll out and it aims to have 20 Averest branded properties in the country and abroad in three years. This will include but is not only limited to Management Contracts, Franchisee Agreements and Joint Ventures.
Averest Hotels plans to open in three additional destinations in India in next six months in Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka and Uttarakhand. Averest Brand will also spread its wings to an International Destination by early 2022 and mark its entry into Premium Luxury segment by 2024.
