The conceptualisation of Atmantan in 2008, had been a long-standing dream of founder and ex-Ironman tri-athlete, Nikhil Kapur, and his wife, Pranic Healer, Sharmilee Agarwal Kapur. Atmantan is the divine amalgamation of Atma (soul), Mana (mind), and Tann (body) that encompasses the Atmantan’s integrated approach to wellness. This can be achieved by creating the perfect equilibrium of wholesome wellness for the guests, physically, emotionally, spiritually and socially.

The 106-room retreat-only wellness centre offers eight scientifically researched and customised all-inclusive wellness programs. The first phase of Atmantan is launched with 73 rooms including a single bedroom villa.

The accommodation, which encapsulates the idyllic environment, and blends into the natural landscape of the land includes, 80 garden facing rooms (370-418 square feet), 24 lake and mountain facing rooms (440-650 square feet), a one-bedroom villa (1500 square feet), and a two-bedroom villa (2,500 square feet). The private villas each also include an infinity pool, personal gymnasium, couple spa room, sauna and steam facilities, and a butler pantry.

The Wellness Pavilion at Atmantan is one of the largest of its kind in the country, spread over a remarkable 50,000 square feet; it houses the Atmantan spa, fitness, as well as consultation and wellness facilities. The wellness infrastructure includes 23 customised therapy rooms including a Hammam room, a 6,525 square feet fitness and physiotherapy wing, an indoor salt pool, a salon and a wellness retail outlet, all designed to cumulatively enhance the guest’s wellness aspirations.

The Dining Pavilion at Atmantan offers guests three scenic restaurants that each serves exquisite spa cuisine with freshest ingredients from our own organic farm. The cuisine is customised to complement the dietary requirements of individual guests.
