With strict hygiene and safety SOPs in place, the hotel group ensures stay and meals for those who want safe isolation facilities.

Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels (ASPH) introduces exclusive isolation packages across its two brands – THE Park Hotels and Zone by The Park (Coimbatore, Chennai, Jaipur, and Jammu). 

As the country fights the second wave of the pandemic, the company rolls out safe self-quarantine stays to cope with inadequate infrastructure, and work from home burnout. ASPH, adhering to the strict safety guidelines for its guests and associates has also made a 72-hour prior negative RT-PCR test report and download of the Aarogya Setu App mandatory at the time of check-in for a stay that can range from two to thirty days.

Now that we have faced the second wave of the pandemic, we realized that our guests are looking for safe self-quarantine stay packages for different purposes. Therefore, we introduced specially curated isolation packages across our hotels in the country to ensure extraordinary experiences. These packages can also be tailor-made in any of our locations based on specific requirements. We are working to ensure our guests are able to enjoy the luxuries without fear.”

Each isolation package has been designed to ensure a hassle-free stay and every interaction an 'Anything But Ordinary' experience. ASPH’s isolation package offers well-sanitized rooms, round-the-clock contactless service, hygienically packed meals, immunity-boosting drinks, complimentary tea/ coffee, and Wi-Fi connectivity. Apart from this, the company has formed a strict verification policy and isolation terms & conditions. A guest opting for an isolation package will have to provide its travel history and stay arrangements, identity proofs, the purpose of stay and reason for relocation. Moreover, guests will be requested to stay inside their rooms with a no-visitor policy. These thorough checks and stringent guidelines set by ASPH is aimed at creating an environment focused on health, hygiene, safety, and wellbeing.
