Come this Saturday, July 4, our newest show, our 8th, will be anchored and moderated by Anil Chadha and he will lead some of the finest, top and senior most chefs India has and the ones our industry toasts and here they will be all together on one screen.

This lockdown has brought about a lot more in our lives, be it family life or the new work from home regimen that none of us had ever fathomed as late as early this March. There is so much more, from trepidation to adaption, to now perfecting the art of family and work a day life and their balance... we have learnt it all and moved on in this new normal.

 

Like with hoteliers, BW HOTELIER too has upped its act and changed gears, as you would have seen, to bring to the industry the very best minds and a cross-section of diverse leadership, past, present and future with an objective to put forth healthy dialogues as you all navigate through these unforeseen and adverse cross currents.

While hotel operations remain his forte, his passion and acumen for global culinary trends has held him in good stead to lead the evolution of new food and beverage brands for ITC. Anil’s passion for F&B fructified in new brands for ITC with an array of restaurants in the South, with Avartana being the crowning glory – the Southern Indian restaurant featuring inventive cuisine that was launched under his watch.
