INSPIRED BY the Mediterranean region, the newly opened European bistro, Amuse House is situated in the heart of South Delhi at the invigorated F&B conglomerate of Ansal Plaza. A vanguard concept in the hospitality domain, this newest bistro is conceptualized by a first generation entrepreneur, Tushar Kapoor and kitchen is headed by Chef Arvind Bharti. 

Promising to give its patrons a taste of the authentic and contemporary European delicacies from the Mediterranean region, the food served here brings the cultural influence and exchange from the countries bordering the Mediterranean Sea.

The interior of Amuse House is divided into two floors, the bistro houses an event-oriented experiential area on the ground floor curated to hold gigs and flea markets. The first floor of the property hosts an avant-garde Al Fresco dining along with a quaint enclosed dining space.

While sourcing his ingredients, he makes sure that it is fresh and local.  Some of the speciality dishes served here are Shakshuka with Pita Bread of North Africa, French style Smoked Salmon with Cream Cheese & Chives to Grilled Lamb Chops with Spiced Gremolata and served with Aubergine Dip from Italy. One of the very interesting platters served here is the range of salad with the twist of presentation which eliminates the boring looking concept.

With the responsibility of spearheading the kitchen, Chef Bharti hails from Dehradun, Uttarakhand with a hands-on experience of seven years as a Head Chef in the restaurant industry. He is an alumnus of Institute of Hotel Management, Srinagar (J&K) and gets inspired by world-class renowned chefs like Chef Ferran Adria and Chef Thomas Keller. He has launched more than 11 restaurants in the country.
