ALOFT NEW Delhi Aerocity has appointed Varun Bhutani as its Food and Beverage Manager. With over 11 years of experience with multiple hospitality brands like ITC, Carlson, IHG & Lemon Tree. His previous appointment was at the Westin Gurgaon where he was an Events Manager-Wedding Specialist and played an instrumental role in the hotel's standard and embedding Marriott culture across the property.

Varun graduated with a degree in Hotel Management from Dehradun and completed his management training from the IHG group.

Commenting on the appointment, Varun Bhutani said, "At Aloft New Delhi Aerocity, I  will be responsible for Food & Beverage activities and will ensure they are aligned with corporate strategies. As a Manager, I believe in the latest food & beverage trends, I can share my learnings with my team. It is a great platform to showcase my creations and techniques which I might not have been exposed to, otherwise."
