Aloft Bengaluru Cessna Business Park Appoints Deepika Lohani for the Role HR Manager

ALOFT BENGALURU Cessna Business Park has appointed Deepika Lohani as the new HR Manager. Deepika comes with over eight years of experience in the Human Resources domain with commendable knowledge and expertise.
In her role and with her expertise, Deepika is responsible for conducting talent recruitment/acquisition strategies across all levels of staff. Establishing and maintaining relationships with hiring managers to stay abreast of current and future business hiring needs. She is responsible in setting up HR Policies to improve transparency and clarity at all level & automating overall HR processes with distinction of working with Starwood Customer Contact Center, now Marriott Customer Engagement Center, for setting up HR process and policies. She has been a key member in harmonization of HR policies and benefits during the integration process of Starwood Customer Contact Center and Marriott GRSCC. In her tenure, she has expertise in managing complete “Employee Life Cycle” ranging from Recruitment, Onboarding, Development, Retention, and Exit/ Separation. She is highly involved in employee engagement, performance appraisal, training and talent development, along with HR Audit and Statutory Compliances.
Deepika has completed her Bachelor of Science from Punjab University, Chandigarh and holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration (HR) from Uttarakhand Technical University, Dehradun. Prior to Aloft Bengaluru Cessna Business Park, Deepika was associated with Courtyard by Marriott, Bhopal from January 2018 - May 2019. She started a career with S&P Management Service Private Limited, Gurgaon in the year 2012. She later moved to Starwood Customer Engagement Center, Gurgaon (Corporate Role), from September 2014- December 2017 as the Assistant HR Manager.
