Alila Fort Bishangarh has appointed Anuj Kumar as Human Resource Manager. A driven and skilled leader, Kumar is a veteran HR professional who brings more than eight years of experience in human resources. In his new role, he will oversee recruitment, strategic HRM, training and development accompanied by other administrative responsibilities in line with Hyatt international's brand standards, whilst exceeding employee, guest and the organisation's expectations.

After obtaining a degree in human resources from Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University, Pune, Kumar started his professional journey and in the last eight years, he has worked with Hyatt, Hilton and Marriott. While his professional responsibilities keep him occupied, Kumar is a fun-loving and creative person who believes that as a brand the purpose and values guide the hotel forward.
