COURTYARD BY Marriott Pune Chakan announced the appointment of Aditi Das as the hotel’s new Human Resources Manager. Prior to this, Das was working at Trident Jaipur, Jaipur Marriott Hotel, Ibis Jaipur (AccorHotels Group) and Ibis Gurugram (AccorHotels Group). The quick succession in her career demonstrates her leadership and efficient management in all aspects of the hotel’s operations.  

Born and brought up in Jaipur, Das has done her Bachelor’s Degree from ICG, Jaipur. Her generalist role of Human Resource Manager in Courtyard by Mariott Pune Chakan includes Recruitment, Compensation & Benefit, Performance Management, Employee Engagement etc. Beyond her strive for perfection; Das's exposure to operations will contribute undoubtedly to the further success of the Courtyard by Marriott Pune Chakan.

Das has more  than nine years of experience in the hospitality industry and has extensive knowledge about different functions. She will be a great asset to the Courtyard by Marriott Pune Chakan team. The hotel will continue to provide guests with memorable experiences and uphold the traditions of which the hotel is proud of while striving to further enhance service quality and brand value into the future.
