Pablo-The Food Cartel: A Treat to Taste Buds

Termed as not just a café but a whole experience in itself, Pablo is a brainchild of two sisters Priyanshi and Sanchita Dhir.

NEW TALK of the town, Pablo-The Food Cartel recently forayed in Gurugram by young sister duo Priyanshi and Sanchita Dhir. Pablo is a mid-size beautifully designed chick cafe in upcoming market of Golf Course Extension Road in Gurugram. Cafe serves Italian and Mexican cuisine and eight different types of coffee from the town of eight different countries around the world like the Mexico, Nicaragua, Colombia, Kenya, Panama, Brazil, Ethiopia, Gungegiri.

Termed as not just a café but a whole experience in itself, Pablo is a brainchild of two sisters dedicated to her loving father. With the mix match of subtle ambience, the café has a seating capacity of 40 people and is divided into two sets, ground floor and mezzanine floor. The interiors of the place are kept classy with mood changing lights and bright yellow lights. It offers a variety of seating options from high tables and chairs to tyre couches with low tables.

Priyanshi is an Ad Producer in Mumbai whereas Sanchita is studying Fashion Communication in Mumbai. “Coming from the family of caterers, our parents always wanted to open a café chain which provides unique dining experience with focus on cuisine which is not usually found amongst café menu. We wanted to keep a name which has PAA in it and hence Pablo came in the picture”, says Priyanshi Dhir.

Being true to their notion, Pablo boasts some of the unique dishes to its patrons. Some like, flourless chicken pizza named David; Ricardo, which is a grilled chicken with in-house pesto mayonnaise and Bosco, which is a Pablo special Garlic Prawn are a must to have. Each dish served in the café has been given a special touch and taste. Keeping it light, simple yet packed with flavour is what makes Pablo stand out.

Coming to the coffee lovers, Pablo can be a haven for them. The café offers a wide range of coffee serving it hot and cold. They also bake their own breads and are kept for retail. You can choose from paos, to plain white bread to different other variants. Their small patisserie section is to die for, since they make one of the delicious red velvet pastry in town.

The café has recently launched its second outlet in Cross Point Mall, Gurugram and plans to come up with the third one soon. Kudos to the young ladies for the idea!
